Return & Refund Policy

At Starlight Energy, we keep our return process quick and transparent.
- Return Window & Condition
Return Period: You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be in their original state and uninstalled packaging with all included accessories. Items that have been wired, mounted, or modified cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- Shipping & Fees
Return Shipping: Starlight Energy pays for all return shipping costs. We will arrange courier pickup from your location in South Africa.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee (0%) on approved returns.
- Refunds & Damaged Goods
Refunds: Once returned equipment is inspected at our Randburg facility, refunds are issued back to your original payment method in South African Rand (ZAR) within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange an immediate pickup and replacement.
